Unraveling the Tight Places is more than a sound bath—it’s a guided ritual for the parts of you that have been holding on for far too long.

We begin with a gentle pre-sound bath activity to help you drop in: a breath ritual designed to awaken your awareness to where you’ve been bracing —maybe in the silent spaces you rarely visit.

Then, through deep, resonant tones and slow vibrational waves, you’ll be guided into a place where your body, mind, and emotions can begin to soften—safely, gradually, completely.

And after the sound has moved through you, we’ll close with a post-sound bath practice—giving your system space to integrate, reflect, and gently re-enter the world with clarity and care.

You won’t just leave relaxed…you’ll leave reconnected.

What is a Sound Bath & Meditation?
This is done as a group with members either sitting or lying on the floor. The gentle healing effects of the harmonic sounds emitted by the various Tibetan singing bowls used will create a deeper mediation and sense of relaxation. The idea is that you are “bathed” in sound while you are meditating.

What if I or someone doesn’t know how to meditate?
Dorothy will provide instruction on meditation suitable for people who have never meditated all the way to advanced meditators. No one will be left out or not be able to take advantage of this type of event.
