Real Talk Real Emotions, Monday, June 16, 7-8:30 p.m.
Ever feel like high school is one big rollercoaster? From the pressure to keep up with grades to dealing with social pressures, it’s a lot. That’s why we’re here to talk it out in a no-judgment space where you can be real about what’s going on in your life.
Join Kim Brown, school counselor and therapist, along with Will Moore, a Rockhurst High junior and teen speaker who truly gets it. Together, we’ll talk honestly about the real stuff—like anxiety, stress, and what taking care of your mental health actually looks like.
This is your chance to hear what others are going through, get advice you can actually use, and walk away feeling more confident and ready to take on life. This event is free and open to all high school students.
