Join Jennifer Eckert and special guest Dorothy Tannahill-Moran, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist for a sound bath and meditation created to help you find that same equilibrium within yourself. Through resonant tones, spacious stillness, and guided reflection, you’ll be invited to listen beyond the noise — to the quiet pulse of your own inner rhythm.
Invisible Threads: The Connections That Hold Us
Our lives are woven together through connections we can’t always see but often deeply feel. Some belong to the people beside us now; others stretch across distance, time, or changing seasons of our lives. These relationships leave their imprint in the ways we feel understood, supported, encouraged, and known. Sometimes it is only when we pause that we recognize just how many invisible threads have quietly helped hold us along the way.
Invisible Threads is an immersive sound bath and guided meditation honoring the relationships that connect us—to the people we love, those who have shaped us, and the larger web of belonging that surrounds our lives. Through intentional sound, frequency, and reflection, you’ll be invited to feel into these connections rather than simply think about them, allowing yourself to receive the steadiness, warmth, and sense of belonging they can bring. A reminder that even when we feel as though we are moving through life on our own, we are rarely as separate as we imagine.
This sound bath & meditation will be conducted by Dorothy Tannahill-Moran, certified Sound Therapist at www.aurras.com
What to bring:
Mat
Pillow
Blanket
What is a Sound Bath & Meditation?
This is done as a group with members either sitting or lying on the floor. The gentle healing effects of the harmonic sounds emitted by the various Tibetan singing bowls used will create a deeper mediation and sense of relaxation. The idea is that you are “bathed” in sound while you are meditating.
What if I or someone doesn’t know how to meditate?
Dorothy will provide instruction on meditation suitable for people who have never meditated all the way to advanced meditators. No one will be left out or not be able to take advantage of this type of event.
