Ronda Zillner, MidLife Specialist

Ronda is a published writer, speaker, workshop facilitator, coach, and entrepreneur with an extensive background in mentoring and business leadership. She’s written curricula and taught classes through Compassion Fix, an online community founded to help open hearts and minds to the pain of others and the awareness that change can, and does, happen.

As the founder and former CEO of Zillner Marketing Communications (ZMC) in Kansas City, Ronda was also a working mom and became one of the first business leaders in our area to establish a family-friendly work environment.

After an exciting 25-year run, Ronda sold her company, and successfully exited ZMC. Divorced and with two successful grown-and-flown children, it was time for a new adventure! She shifted her focus and energy toward her passion for helping others transform their lives by writing, speaking, coaching and mentoring others.

Ronda is an innately curious, life-long learner with more books than she can possibly read. She loves spending time with friends and listening to the stories of the fascinating people she crosses paths with. She marvels at the many different ways we can experience and try to interpret God’s intentions for us in the world.

By integrating her personal experiences, life’s challenges and transitions, Ronda helps clients break free from the status quo and untangle the shame and guilt that’s keeping them stuck. She helps them be more intentional as to what changes they desire to make.
