Creativity can be a PRACTICE, much like yoga or meditation. It's not about an off-the-charts piece of art (although, if that happens for you, great!)...it's all about what the creative process does WITHIN you. Combined with a few simple tools, creativity has the power to pull you out of flight/flight/freeze and, instead, into a posture of deep-hearted, soulful, peaceful, open-handed, open-hearted, calm presence.
