The meals will feed 4-5 people, or you can have individual portions, depending on your needs. This class will provide you with tips on time saving in the kitchen, healthy ways to nourish your body, meal prep ideas that will help you feel your best physically, and more!
Price includes all the food and storage containers. Please bring your own cutting board, knife, and measuring spoons.
